Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in real time.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. GrindVault™ is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items
